Estrima Srl is looking for a recently graduate to be included in the After Sales Team for a semester training and paid internship.
The main tasks will be:
- statistical analysis and KPI reporting of product / spare parts defects;
- reverse logistic management (logistic management of non-compliant returns from users);
-interface and support to the final customer / dealer.
A degree in Industrial Management Engineering (5 years), excellent English knowledge and excellent Excel knowledge are required.
Good prospects for subsequent confirmation.
