SACA INDUSTRIE SpA, active in the furniture components sector, is looking for a figure to be used for 2 main functions:
- Help to the production planning manager in order to implement the scheduling software
- Lean manager
He must master the use of computers and be familiar with the whole Lean wordl (OEE, 5S, KANBAN, KPI ….).
Task:
- Production programming support for data analysis and system configuration
- Interface with software house for implementation management system and production scheduler
- Organizational and processes analysis
- Implementation of the Kanban system
- VSM –Mapping of value flows
- Implementation of performance data system and index (KPI)
- 5S implementation
- OEE implementation
